Michele Bray

Award-Winning Real Estate Experience. A Career Built on Judgment.

Michele Bray is an award-winning, full-time Greater Cincinnati real estate professional and trusted advisor with 10 years of experience representing buyers, sellers and investors. A multi-year recipient of the Ohio REALTORS® President’s Sales Club and REALTOR® Alliance of Greater Cincinnati (RAGC) Circle of Excellence, Michele takes seriously the responsibility of protecting her clients’ interests and brings seasoned judgment, strong advocacy, sophisticated negotiation skills and an analytical approach to every transaction.

Her experience spans residential sales, luxury homes, relocation, new construction, investment properties, land and building lots throughout Greater Cincinnati and surrounding communities. Whether a transaction is straightforward or highly complex, Michele believes clients deserve knowledgeable representation, clear communication and an advocate firmly focused on protecting their interests.

20 Years of High-Level Property, Risk & Litigation Experience

Before entering real estate, Michele spent 20 years with State Farm in roles requiring judgment under extraordinarily difficult circumstances. Early in her career, her ability to analyze complicated situations, exercise sound judgment and handle significant responsibility led to her rapid advancement into increasingly complex work.

Her career spanned high-complexity, high-exposure liability claims and litigation as well as large-loss property claims, giving her an unusually broad foundation in risk assessment, sophisticated negotiation, property evaluation and consequential decision-making.

Her liability work included catastrophic bodily injury and significant financial exposure involving both individuals and businesses, including matters arising under homeowners, commercial/business, contractor, apartment and rental property policies. She worked directly with attorneys, selected and retained counsel, managed litigation and negotiated complex settlements and resolutions. Over the course of her career, State Farm entrusted Michele with matters that ultimately involved hundreds of millions of dollars in claim payments—responsibility that demanded careful analysis, sound judgment and the ability to make difficult decisions under pressure.

Her extensive large-loss property experience added another dimension to that background, including years evaluating significant property damage, construction and repair issues, complex losses, and the professionals and contractors involved in restoring damaged properties. Michele was also entrusted with leadership responsibilities during her State Farm career, including managing team functions and providing leadership coverage.

Experience That Matters When Things Get Complicated

That experience shaped the way Michele represents real estate clients today. She is comfortable when circumstances become complicated, negotiations become difficult or the stakes are high. Years spent helping people through some of the most consequential situations of their lives developed a level of composure, empathy, judgment and advocacy that cannot be learned from a real estate course.

Real estate transactions involve far more than finding a property or agreeing on a price. Contracts, inspections, disclosures, construction concerns, financing, appraisals, title issues and negotiations can all have significant financial consequences. Michele’s background trained her to ask the right questions, analyze complex contracts and circumstances, identify potential concerns, evaluate risk and remain focused on the larger objective when unexpected problems arise.

Negotiation is also not simply a real estate skill Michele learned after becoming an agent. She brings three decades of professional negotiation experience to the table, including years spent negotiating sophisticated, high-stakes matters involving attorneys, litigation and significant financial exposure. That depth of experience informs the strategy, judgment and advocacy she brings to negotiations on behalf of her real estate clients today.

Michele believes clients deserve more than someone who simply facilitates a transaction. They deserve a trusted advisor and strong advocate who understands the significance of the decisions being made, communicates clearly, helps them make informed choices and remains composed when circumstances become difficult—all while fiercely protecting their interests.

Sophisticated Representation. Personal Commitment.

Real estate is not a side business for Michele. As a full-time professional immersed in the market and active transactions every day, she brings clients the responsiveness, practical knowledge and judgment that come from doing this work consistently.

Just as importantly, Michele’s standard of representation does not change based on the client or price point. Whether guiding a first-time buyer, representing an experienced homeowner, helping an investor evaluate an opportunity, navigating land or new construction, or representing a client in a complex or high-value transaction, she brings the same commitment, diligence and level of advocacy.

Michele’s goal is not simply to get a client to closing. It is to build relationships based on trust, provide sophisticated and knowledgeable representation throughout the process, and remain a valued resource long after the transaction is complete.
